Eka Pada Galavasna is the focus of this month’s Peak Pose Pop Up! This flying pigeon is a challenging arm balance that requires strength and flexibility. We'll work through a sequence that prepares the hips, hamstrings, abdominals, wrists, shoulders as well as other muscles in the upper body to take flight.

As with most poses, there are options. Blocks and boosters can be used for support. The wall provides a fun option as well.
