We’ll decorate ourselves with neon paint and glow bracelets in a room illuminated by black lights—moving our bodies while playing with asanas, finding our breath and calming our minds. Creating a time and place to move and play together may calm the frenzy in your family schedules and inspire joy, bringing well deserved peace.
