Yoga Nidra w/Annie Marks

Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep as it is commonly known, is an immensely powerful meditation technique, and one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain. While the practitioner rests comfortably in savasana (corpse pose), this systematic meditation takes you through the pancha maya kosha (five layers of self), leaving you with a sense of wholeness.

Yoga Sculpt and Wine w/Kristen Abercrombie

Yoga sculpt incorporates vinyasa flow, resistance training, and short bursts of cardio to increase strength, flexibility and stamina.  This class will use traditional yoga postures, Pilates and barre inspired moves, light hand-held weights, and of course a killer playlist to get your heart pumping while still staying connected to breath and body
