Next Level Heated Vinyasa 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️

Strong vinyasa. This class is faster-paced and creatively sequenced. It includes unique transitions, arm balances, and inversions. Modifications offered. Having an adventurous spirit is recommended. Join us! It’s fun!

Beginners 🧘‍♀️

Beginner’s Vinyasa will begin with the basics, incorporating proper asana alignment, pranayama, and the fundamentals of yoga philosophy. This class will move at a slower pace and great care will be given to move safely and gently in all postures. Modifications will be offered, and props will be utilized to enable each practitioner access to the postures. It is a wonderful class for those with physical limitations, seasoned yogis nursing an injury, or for those who just want a break from their rigorous practice. This class will not be heated and there will be plenty of room to spread out. No experience or flexibility is necessary, just bring a positive attitude and an open mind.

Yoga for Older Adults 🧘‍♀️

This class incorporates seated and standing postures that are modified to safely accommodate the needs of an older adult. Yoga is beneficial for those of all ages and especially for those seeking to increase and maintain flexibility, balance and range of motion. There is also evidence that yoga for older adults can aid in digestion, lower blood pressure, and improve sleep. This class will help the student build strength and get the heart pumping. Along with the physical benefits, connecting movement with the breath can help promote relief from stress and mental clarity, and most of all, it’s fun! (A chair will be provided for those with a need.)

Yin Yoga (Yin at 10) 🧘‍♀️

This class will provide you with a sequence of seated and supine postures that are held for 3 to 5 minutes each. The long holds allow you to passively stretch the deeper connective tissues. Different from restorative yoga that is designed to relax, this yin class seeks to mobilize and strengthen our joints, ligaments and deep fascia.

Sadhana Static Sequence 🧘‍♀️

A logical static sequence, created by Jennifer Sweigart that incorporates a thoughtful progression of 26 static postures in a safe, scientific manner that should leave you feeling better not broken. This class will be heated to a minimum of 90 degrees.
