A former principal dancer with the Nashville Ballet Company, avid runner and cyclist, Jennifer discovered yoga as a result of sustaining a hip fracture. After experiencing the healing benefits of the discipline, she quickly realized the peace and calm that carried over to daily life. She likes to work hard, and challenge herself and her students, providing them with a solid foundation in vinyasa yoga. However, her ultimate goal is to convey the sense of peace that can be achieved when the mind, body, and breath are unified through yoga. Jennifer is graduate of the University of Delaware and is a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. She has also worked with Yoga Across America, and Dr.Oz’s Health Corp, teaching yoga to public school children.
