My relationship with yoga started in my mid 30’s. I was a fairly fit young mom, holding a B.Ed degree in Health Science and Physical Ed. One day while playing with my daughters in the park, I attempted to cartwheel. Somehow, I landed back on my feet, but for many minutes was completely disoriented. Assuming yoga could fix it, I followed my sister to a Tel-Aviv Iyengar yoga studio. Many years later, in a different studio, in another country, I made yoga (or more so, yoga made me) a lifestyle. In 2013, I completed 200 hrs. Yoga Teachers Training and Restorative Yoga Teachers Training. WithIn my practice and teaching, I still find beauty in the movement as much as in the stillness. I enjoy to create and renew, as much as I’m curious about the ancient, traditional yoga practices. I’m inspired by a good playlist, as much as I seek the sacred moments of silence.
I take all these pieces, mix and match them, hoping my students can find the clarity and space to be present and connect with their body and mind and soul.
