A meditative soul, and a believer in people. Kate has been told that she has “Resting You Can Do It Face.”
"I come to the mat as a space where I can reconnect with myself and the grace and consistent love within and all around me. I am passionate about the natural and holistic means by which we can heal our bodies and minds, and work to curate experiences that enrich and uplift. My yoga practice is curious, purposeful, empowering, and liberating."
