Amy began practicing yoga after college as a way to relieve stress and stay active while working a desk job. It didn't take long for yoga to turn into a passion fueled by its many benefits to mind and body. She completed her 200-hour Vinyasa Teacher Training with Wild Soul Yoga at New Moon Hot Yoga in 2018.
Yoga has given Amy confidence, strength, and positivity, and she hopes to pass these gifts onto yogis of all ages and abilities through her teaching. In addition to her 200-hour training, Amy is also certified through Next Generation Yoga to teach children ages 2-7.
