Valerie Lane- RYT 500

As a lifelong dancer, yoga felt like home to Valerie when she attended her first class in 2011. She took yoga and mindfulness classes while she was a student at West Chester University, which led to enrolling in the YTT program and graduating with her RYT200 yoga certification in 2014. Since then, Valerie has been teaching consistently, focusing her classes on connecting the mind and body and having fun on your yoga mat. She brings an inclusive approach to her classes, giving modifications and options so all levels feel welcome. In her spare time, Valerie enjoys running, reading good books, and knitting.
