Prepare to sweat! Yoga sculpt incorporates vinyasa flow, resistance training, and short bursts of cardio to increase strength, flexibility and stamina. This class will use traditional yoga postures, Pilates and barre inspired moves, light hand-held weights, and of course a killer playlist to get your heart pumping while still staying connected to breath and body. All levels welcome as modifications will be given throughout the class with plenty of options to decrease or increase intensity. Bring water, yoga mat, and a towel. Hang out after class and reward yourself with a glass of wine after all of your hard work!
