We are introducing free monthly Meditation Instruction with Helena Husfelt. During our 30 minute meeting, you will learn a mantra-based meditation technique based in the Vedic tradition. Vedanta is a philosophy behind yoga and can be called "yoga philosophy" in the broadest sense of the term.
Helena will teach you a universal Sanskrit mantra that reflects the sound or vibration of the breath.
Whether you have tried meditation before or are ready to begin, you will learn a style that is easy and accessible. You will be able to implement your teaching immediately to create a daily practice that comes to you effortlessly.
