Calling all 9-12 year olds!
An excess of school work, social media, and peer pressure can make it feel impossible for kids to take a break. In a world where multitasking is the norm, yoga provides an environment for focusing on one thing at a time. It helps reduce stress, improve mood, promote physical fitness and it’s fun! It’s great way for teens to gather and explore with their friends using new tools for finding peace, joy and gratitude.
