Join Lisa for this fun workshop that will teach us core/shoulder strengthening drills that incorporate the use of blocks and socks to help us discover those mysterious bandhas! These drills are great for all over strength, press handstands and shredded arms and abs, if you are into that kind of thing. :) We will start with some yoga to warm up our shoulders, ham strings and wrists. Then we will get busy. Drills are important to building strength. Lisa is gifted at communicating and demonstrating the proper ways to safely engage the body in order to get results!
