Join Kristen and Kate on a journey to the heart. Anahata, the heart chakra, means ‘unstuck, unhurt, and boundless’ in Sanskrit. Enter the new year with openness, self compassion, and reception in this vin/yin/restorative heart opening workshop. Together, Kate and Kristen will guide you through meditation, breathwork, vinyasa, and yin-storative postures designed to help clear stagnant energy from the heart center. By creating space, welcoming softness, and cultivating tenderness, we awaken our hearts to receive the abundance waiting for us in 2024. Suitable for all levels. We invite students to stay afterwards for a nourishing brunch offering and community with fellow students.
