Join us on Friday March 22 and welcome spring with a grateful heart. Learn  about yoga. Move your body, quiet your mind and fuel your soul.

Through asanas, mindfulness practices, and a craft, we’ll have fun, while filling our toolboxes with different ways to express ourselves, to relax, and to be grateful. 

A grateful heart is a happy heart.
