Join Marianne Viceconte, RYT, for a 90-minute workshop dedicated to athletes. We will focus on common areas of imbalance and use targeted yoga postures to nurture both strength and flexibility. We will also use breath work to help build body awareness, concentration and focus. A long-time runner, Marianne has experienced first hand the positive effects of yoga on her runs.
