It is with great conviction and a pure heart that Laura has researched, tested and developed unique package of techniques that will help you practice and understand the importance and impact that gratitude can have on your life and the lives of those that surround you. During this 90 minute workshop you will:

1.  Explore the importance of gratitude to help us feel happier and more spiritually balanced. 
2.  Define, and discuss gratitude through the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali  
3.  Practicing tools to help cultivate gratitude 
4.  Asana practice--opening hearts and creating space  
5.  Guided meditations  
6.  EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), aka Tapping. A note on Tapping-EFT, Tapping, is a powerful energy tool that helps reset the brain to release trauma and reprogram positive thoughts, feelings and beliefs.
7.  Kick start a week long gratitude sadhana--taking what we learned and cultivating our own gratitude practice that will be continued throughout the rest of the week with our great Sadhana Yoga team.
