Join us on Saturday February 27 when Laura Mulrenin and Annie Marks team up to guide you in a restorative chakra balancing and pranayama session.
Laura will mindfully and gently lead you in a comforting, gentle slow class using blankets, pillows, bolsters and blocks to restore a harmonious flow of energy across the chakra system. Annie will then take you on a peaceful retreat all through your very own breath in a healing pranayama session.
The effect of well balanced chakras often translates into feeling of well-being, relaxation, centeredness, increased vitality and embodiment of oneself. This is an all levels class. Experienced yogis and complete newbies are welcome. Join us. You'll be happy that you did.
