Enhance Your Experience w/Blocks, Blankets, Straps and the Wall w/Merav

 Join Merav as she shares her knowledge in this workshop inspired by Iyengar yoga. Iyengar yoga is a method of Hatha yoga  developed by teacher and philosopher B.K.S. Iyengar. The practice is characterized by emphasizing proper alignment and blocks, blankets, straps and the wall are valuable tools that can be used to help all bodies achieve a level of success in asanas from our vinyasa, gentle and static classes.  Modifications are offered and encouraged by using props to assist and support the body, to enable yogis to create the space and deepen their practice.
