When you are overheated physically and mentally, our fuses can become very short. Frustration levels can rise to the red zone! There are specific pranayamas, asanas, oils and other tools that an help us cool, calm and quiet that pitta dosha and the heat we experience this time of year.
Join Laura for a special event on Tuesday evening, 7/18, at 7:30pm for a totally chill event that will include cooling pranayama, several resortative postures and a forehead towel infused with an essential oil that promotes lower body temps and a quiet mind. Refreshing cucumber water will be available to help rehydrate your body as you make your way back out into the world.
