Interested in learning more about the legends that form the background for the asanas we practice???

Kristen Abercrombie has a great workshop planned for you. Part lecture/presentation, part asana practice, she will tell us the stories of the heroes of Hindu mythology upon which our yoga postures are based. Each story contains an element of adventure, courage, devotion and love. They convey a powerful message the can be applicable to our lives today. Don’t miss this educational and invigorating event!
