Candlelight Static and EFT w/Laura M

Join Laura M for a candlelight class that weaves together our Sadhana Static Sequence with EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to help you release what no longer serves you become aligned—physically, mentally, and energetically.

We’ll move slowly through our static practice, holding poses long enough to build strength, awareness, and deep structural integrity. Between postures, guided EFT tapping will support nervous system regulation, emotional clearing, and a reset of habitual patterns—allowing space for clarity and steadiness.
