Yin Yoga Workshop with Julia Saavedra


Yin Yoga helps to release the physical/emotional tension we carry deep within the body & trains the mind to yield peacefully to the present moment.  

In this 2 hour workshop we will discuss some of the philosophy behind Yin Yoga, as well as explore its physical effects upon the connective tissues & joints. We will move through a Yin practice & guided meditation to calm the mind & rejuvenate the body. 

Yin is a cooling practice, please bring socks & a light sweater.
