Join Denise in this workshop where backbends r’nt her thing either, but after diving into the work needed she discovered that they CAN be achievable. Denise will guide you through a flow designed to help you feel at ease and we will discuss what areas in the body require the work to prep for backbends. By the end of this workshop you will feel open, lengthened and possibly less hesitant towards those heart openers.
