Yoga for Runners


Please join Anne Collins Duch, MPT, WCS, RYT for a special workshop to address the strength and flexibility challenges of runners.  This workshop is appropriate for all levels – yoga experience not necessary!

Come learn how to avoid injury and improve performance, while learning more about common women’s health issues (i.e. urinary leakage, pelvic pain, split in the belly muscles) for the postpartum runner. Don’t worry! Men are welcome too!
