The weather is getting warmer. Everyone prefers to be outside during the spring months, including the “bad guys.” Join our mall neighbor, Scott Deputy, licensed Realtor with eXp Realty, as he shares a few techniques to help us stay safe and secure.
This class is focused on preparing women and men (ages 12+) of all sizes and physical abilities to protect themselves in real-life scenarios while developing situational awareness. Learn how to defend yourself by performing basic self-defense actions against a wide range of possible assaults. All demonstrations and participation will be performed carefully and with the assistance of trained personnel. For ages 12 and older.
