Sculpt, Sweat and Stretch your way into 2021 w/ Kristen!
Sculpt, sweat, and stretch combines postures that we see in our vinyasa practice with varying ranges of motion, increased repetitions, and short (low impact) cardio segments to help us build strength and endurance. This series is designed to be fun and challenging. Modifications are given to help you find the move that feels right for your body. Class one is a total body workout with a focus on lower body strength. Class 2 is focused on upper body work and uses light handheld weights and yoga blocks. Put on an upbeat playlist and join Kristen on the mat!
The recordings consist of a 50 minute lower body class and a 30 minute upper body class,
